CampinpinTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its own content to be respected in turn. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a takedown notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@campinpintv.site that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL(s) on campinpintv.site where the material is located
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
What happens next
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the identified content in a timely manner and notify the person who posted it.
Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to remove content and, where appropriate, restrict access for accounts or sources responsible for repeat infringement.
