GDPR Cookie Policy

Last updated: [DATE — fill in before publishing]

This page explains what cookies and similar local-storage technologies CampinpinTV uses, and the legal basis for using them under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

What we set ourselves

The site itself doesn't set tracking cookies. It uses your browser's localStorage/sessionStorage for two strictly functional purposes:

Under GDPR/ePrivacy, this kind of "strictly necessary for the functioning of the service" storage doesn't require consent, and nothing in it identifies you personally.

What our ad partners set

Third-party advertising — served through HillTopAds and Google's IMA SDK for in-player video ads — may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser to measure and, in some cases, personalize ads. These are not controlled by us. Where required by your location, these partners are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent for their own cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Doing so may affect how ads are shown but won't prevent you from watching videos.

Your rights

If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and objection regarding personal data processed about you. Since we don't hold an identifiable profile of visitors ourselves, most such requests would need to be directed to the relevant ad network directly. For anything specific to this site, contact contact@campinpintv.site.

General-purpose template, not legal advice — if you expect meaningful EU/UK traffic, consider adding an actual cookie-consent banner and have this page reviewed by someone qualified in GDPR compliance.
